Corvian Advisory FZ-LLC ("Corvian Advisory", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through corvianadvisory.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and clients interacting with the Site. It does not apply to information exchanged during an active advisory engagement, which is governed separately by the engagement letter and confidentiality/non-disclosure terms agreed with each client.
1. Who We Are
Corvian Advisory FZ-LLC is an independent M&A and corporate finance advisory firm based at 18th Floor, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data only where you choose to provide it:
- Enquiry & contact forms. Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message content you submit through our enquiry forms.
- Direct correspondence. Information you provide when you email us, message us via WhatsApp, or contact us by phone.
- Technical data. Standard web request data (such as IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) process automatically as part of delivering the Site to your browser.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this Site, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to enquiries and provide the information or proposal you requested;
- To deliver advisory services once an engagement is agreed;
- To maintain business records and comply with applicable UAE legal, regulatory, and anti-money-laundering obligations;
- To operate and secure the Site.
Our legal basis for processing is your consent (when you submit a form or contact us), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, once an engagement begins, performance of the resulting contract and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
- Netlify (our website host), which processes and delivers enquiry form submissions to us;
- Google Fonts, which serves typefaces used on the Site (your browser requests these directly from Google);
- Supabase, which powers the public Live Deals directory shown on the Site (this does not involve your personal data — Live Deals content is business mandate information, not visitor data);
- Professional advisers, regulators, or authorities where disclosure is required by UAE law.
5. International Data Transfers
We are based in the UAE and our service providers operate globally. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards (including, where applicable, EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it in transit and at rest.
6. Data Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and, where a client relationship develops, for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by UAE record-keeping and anti-money-laundering regulations. We delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed for these purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have rights under applicable data protection law — including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR/UK GDPR. These may include the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations;
- Object to, or request that we restrict, certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission and restricted internal access — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. 9. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, individuals under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above shows when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
