Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services, and no advisory, client, or fiduciary relationship is created by browsing the Site or submitting an enquiry. An engagement begins only once both parties sign a written engagement letter setting out its scope, fees, and terms.

Content on this Site — including Insights articles, illustrative mandate examples, WACC/valuation ranges, pricing indications, and FAQ answers — is provided for general informational purposes only. Mandate examples, "Illustrative Mandates," testimonials, and outcome figures shown on this Site are anonymised and, unless stated otherwise, illustrative of the type of work we do rather than verbatim, audited case records. Fee ranges and turnaround times are indicative and confirmed only in a formal scoped proposal.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logo, and the "Corvian Advisory" name and mark, is owned by Corvian Advisory FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. 5. Live Deals Listings
The Live Deals page lists mandate summaries at a high level for general market awareness. Listings do not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or business interest, and availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice. Serious enquiries are handled under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
6. Acceptable Use
When using this Site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying systems, or the Live Deals admin area;
- Use the Site to transmit malware or engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
- Scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without permission;
